refund policy
Credits are prepaid. If patrapi isn't working out, we would rather give your money back than keep it.
1. unused packs
Ask within 14 days of buying a credit pack and we refund it in full, as long as none of its credits have been used.
2. partly used packs
Within the same 14 days, we refund the unused credits of a pack at the price you paid per credit. After 14 days, paid credits stay in your account and do not expire, but are not refunded, except when we close your account without a breach of our terms on your side.
3. charges that were our fault
Failed documents and repeated files are never charged. If a document was charged and the result was wrong because of a fault on our side, write to us with the extraction id and we return the credits, whenever it happened.
4. what is not refunded
- Free sign-up credits.
- Credits used on documents that were read as the workflow asked, even if the workflow later changes.
5. how to ask
Email hello@miraigadgetlab.com from your account's email address with the payment date or invoice number. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
